Fried Rice

Simple and delicious fried rice recipe

  • 3 Tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1.5 onion
  • 34 cup green peas
  • 34 cup diced carrots
  • 18 prawns

Heat up a wok on high heat, add oil, and stir fry onions, peas, carrots. Add praws and stir until almost cooked through.

  • 3 (153 g) large eggs

Move the onion, peas and carrots to the outside of the wok, and pour the beaten eggs into the centre. Scramble the eggs. Once cooked, mix the eggs with the vegetable mix.

  • 4 12 cups cooked white rice, cold
  • 3 Tbsp to 14 cup, 1 12 tsp soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp green onions

Add the rice to the veggie and egg mixture. Pour the soy sauce on top. Stir and fry the rice and veggie mixture until heated through and combined. Add chopped green onions if desired.
