Coleslaw

Scale: clear | x0.25 | x0.5 | x1.5 | x2 | x3 | x4

  • 3 cups (681 g) mayonnaise
  • 3⁄4 cup (150 g) white granulated sugar
  • 6 Tbsp seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1⁄4 cup, 1 1⁄2 tsp (68 g) lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp prepared horseradish
  • 1 1⁄2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 1⁄2 tsp mustard powder
  • 1 1⁄2 tsp (9 g) salt
  • 1 1⁄2 tsp celery salt
  • 1 1⁄2 tsp black pepper

Whisk or shake all ingredients together.

  • 2400 g coleslaw mix

Toss dressing with coleslaw mix.
