Chocolate Tarts

  • 36 3" tart shells

Thaw tart shells for 5-10 minutes.

  • 3 (153 g) large egg

Beat egg in mixing bowl.

  • 3 cups (735 g) packed brown sugar
  • 34 cup (170 g) unsalted butter, softened
  • 34 cup (96 g) chopped walnuts, chopped
  • 34 cup (63 g) medium unsweetened coconut
  • 1 12 tsp (7 g) vanilla extract
  • 3 cups (456 g) Chipits chocolate chips

Add all ingredients to bowl and mix with a spoon.

Fill tart shells with the mixture.

Bake at 375F for 15 minutes until golden brown.
