Chocolate Tarts

Makes 18 tarts

  • 18 3" tart shells

Thaw tart shells for 5-10 minutes.

  • 1.5 (76 g) large egg

Beat egg in mixing bowl.

  • 1 12 cup (368 g) packed brown sugar
  • 13 cup, 2 tsp (85 g) unsalted butter, softened
  • 13 cup, 2 tsp (48 g) chopped walnuts, chopped
  • 13 cup, 2 tsp (32 g) medium unsweetened coconut
  • 12 tsp (4 g) vanilla extract
  • 1 12 cup (228 g) Chipits chocolate chips

Add all ingredients to bowl and mix with a spoon.

Fill tart shells with the mixture.

Bake at 375F for 15 minutes until golden brown.
