Chocolate Tarts

Makes 12 tarts

  • 12 3" tart shells

Thaw tart shells for 5-10 minutes.

  • 1 (51 g) large egg

Beat egg in mixing bowl.

  • 1 cup (245 g) packed brown sugar
  • 14 cup (57 g) unsalted butter, softened
  • 14 cup (32 g) chopped walnuts, chopped
  • 14 cup (21 g) medium unsweetened coconut
  • 12 tsp (3 g) vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (152 g) Chipits chocolate chips

Add all ingredients to bowl and mix with a spoon.

Fill tart shells with the mixture.

Bake at 375F for 15 minutes until golden brown.
