Slice chicken into thin slices and toss with ginger garlic paste, salt, and paprika (OR chilli powder), and shallow fry in oil and set aside.
To the leftover oil add, cumin, onion, ginger/garlic paste.
Add onion, tomatoes, cashews, and other spices and cook covered with a little water until everything is cooked through and soft.
Blend.
Melt butter in the pan, add blended ingredients and cook for a few minutes
Add chicken and cook for few more minutes. Add ketchup, stir in coriander leaves and serve.
