Butter chicken

Scale: clear | x0.25 | x0.5 | x1.5 | x2 | x3 | x4

  • 750 g chicken thighs (skinless), to taste
  • 1 12 tsp ginger/garlic paste
  • salt, to taste
  • 3 Tbsp (39 g) vegetable oil
  • 1 12 tsp paprika
  • 1 12 tsp ground chili

Slice chicken into thin slices and toss with ginger garlic paste, salt, and paprika (OR chilli powder), and shallow fry in oil and set aside.

  • 12 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1.5 onion
  • 1 12 tsp ginger/garlic paste
  • 6 cashew nuts
  • 1 Tbsp, 1 12 tsp coriander

To the leftover oil add, cumin, onion, ginger/garlic paste.

Add onion, tomatoes, cashews, and other spices and cook covered with a little water until everything is cooked through and soft.

Blend.

Melt butter in the pan, add blended ingredients and cook for a few minutes

Add chicken and cook for few more minutes. Add ketchup, stir in coriander leaves and serve.
