Blueberry Muffins

Time-tested recipe for blueberry muffins

Scale: clear | x0.25 | x0.5 | x1.5 | x2 | x3 | x4

  • 1 cup (125 g) all-purpose flour
  • 12 cup (100 g) white granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp. (10 g) baking powder
  • pinch of (0 g) salt

Mix dry ingredients in large bowl.

  • 14 cup (59 g) milk
  • 14 cup (52 g) vegetable oil
  • 1 (51 g) large eggs
  • 12 tsp (2 g) vanilla extract

Mix wet ingredients in small bowl.

  • 34 cup blueberries

Dust blueberries with flour.

Add all ingredients until dough just moistened. Bake in greased muffin tin at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
