Blueberry Muffins

Time-tested recipe for blueberry muffins

Scale: clear | x0.25 | x0.5 | x1.5 | x2 | x3 | x4

  • 2 cups (250 g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup (200 g) white granulated sugar
  • 1 Tbsp, 1 tsp (20 g) baking powder
  • 18 tsp (1 g) salt

Mix dry ingredients in large bowl.

  • 12 cup (118 g) milk
  • 12 cup (104 g) vegetable oil
  • 2 (102 g) large eggs
  • 1 tsp (5 g) vanilla extract

Mix wet ingredients in small bowl.

  • 1 12 cup blueberries

Dust blueberries with flour.

Add all ingredients until dough just moistened. Bake in greased muffin tin at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
